Getting to Andorra from France
By train:
- To Ax-les-Thermes (only in summer), l'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre
and La Tour de Carol (lines from Tolouse and Perpignan). From these
three ski areas change to a bus to Andorra.
By road:
- Tolouse-Andorra: Exit Gare Routière from Tolouse. |

is Andorra?
Andorra is a small and beautiful country situated between Spain (Catalunya)
and
France (Ariège and the Eastern Pyrenees).
Getting to Andorra from Spain
By train:
- From Barcelona to Puigcerdà and then by bus to La Seu d'Urgell
and Andorra.
- From Madrid to Lleida and then by bus to La Seu d'Urgell and Andorra.
By road:
- Barcelona-Andorra: through Igualda, Calaf, Ponts and
La Seu d'Urgell or through the tunnel at Cadí (exit at "Estación
del Norte' in Barcelona, calle Ali Bei). There is also a direct bus
line from the airport.
- Madrid-Andorra: Through Saragossa, Lleida, La Seu d'Urgell.
- Alicante-Andorra: Through Benidorm, Gandía, Valencia,
Castellón, Peñíscola, Saloy and Tarragona.
- Reus-Andorra: Through Tabernas, Lorca and Alhama de Murcia.
- Braga (Portugal) Andorra: Through Cunlis, Silleda, Lea and
Lleida. |

The Principality of Andorra
is divided into seven parishes. At the same time,
Andorra la Vella is the capital city and parish, which includes
the town of Santa Coloma.
The rest of the parishes are:
- Canillo (12 km/7.44 miles from the capital).
- Encamp (7 km/4.34 miles from the capital).
- Ordino (8.5 km/5.27 miles from the capital).
- La Massana (6 km/3.72 miles from the capital).
- Sant Julià de Lòria (6.5 km/4.03 miles from
the capital).
